Fill in the easy to navigate bespoke search form and Marbella Property Services will ‘sift’ through all the numerous agency sites and private listings and then we’ll refine the search to match you with a property that fits your personal criteria. We will then check that the pricing, availability, details and information on the properties are current and correct - before emailing you back with a tailored selection that "ticks all your boxes"!
A representative from our ‘in house’ building management company will be made available to you with regards design concepts, potential development, remodeling and decoration and price indications.
Owners and landlords
We are always looking for outstanding properties to sell or to rent (long term) – We would be delighted if you would like to have your property listed with us and also apply to put your property on our featured properties page. We take the same care and attention whether dealing with our buying or rental clients – we will take the same ‘formula’ and match you to a property that fits all your requirements. We normally just act as letting agents in this regard but in some cases we are asked to supply a ‘key holding service’ or a ‘concierge service’ to the landlord – these are looked at on a case by case basis and priced according to the hours involved!

Marbella Property Services offer an "in house" construction and home improvement project management division OSC Spain are the construction coordination and project management division of Marbella Property Services and have successfully managed numerous projects all along the Costa del Sol. We manage projects for the residential and the commercial sectors. Our management team have undertaken many projects here on the coast and we have brought the majority of those to completion within the specified time frame and budgets.
